How to use our bench scraper:
- Decide where to cut;
- Hold the handle, press down the bench scraper into the dough from top to the bottom to get a clean cut of your dough;
- Hold the scraper at a shallow angle against your countertop and scrape whatever left there into a container to clean the workplace.
